I'm Matt, and I'd love to help you achieve your health, fitness and weight loss goals!

Your goals will be at the forefront of everything we do, in order to maximise your achievements in the healthiest and most suitable way possible. Through bespoke training sessions, we'll explore movements to improve your fitness, strength and mobility. With the help of my 'Real Foods' meal plan, I can coach you through nutritional changes, giving you the relevant knowledge to lose weight, and keep it off! Together we will also uncover solutions to any lifestyle 'barriers' that you may have, that you feel may affect your goals, in order to integrate your plan into your lifestyle, and make being healthy as easy as possible.

Why I Chose To Be A Fitness Professional

Whilst studying for my degree I ruptured the Anterior Cruciate Ligament in my right knee, playing football. Due to delays with the diagnosis, where I was passed from doctor to doctor with no action, the required operation and subsequent post-op rehab was delayed too! I went around 18 months without any physical activity. In this time i gained weight, experienced a severe drop in energy levels, and as a result a drop in confidence. Working with a trainer during my rehab, is actually what inspired me to become a Personal Trainer. He helped me not only regain the strength and coordination in the affected leg, but also improved my overall fitness and confidence levels.

I now relish the opportunity in giving others the tools to make dramatic changes in their lives!
